Spicy Bloody Mary Poached Eggs
These poached eggs pack a lot of bold flavor and heat from the Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix. Serve next to your favorite Bloody Mary fixin's like crispy bacon, crunchy celery, and a pickle spear.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup The Real Dill Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
- Melt butter in a pan. Add Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix and stir to combine. Reduce on low until a thick sauce forms.
- Poach two eggs in the sauce until desired doneness is reached, about 3-4 minutes for a runny yolk.
